Before you commit, we have the auction sheet translated and an independent inspector physically check the vehicle in Japan for rust, mechanical issues, and accident history. USS auction vehicles may include 360° walkarounds when available, but this is not offered on every import.

Yes. After your auction win and before the car ships, we can coordinate aftermarket parts and shop work directly in Japan. Wheels, exhaust, suspension, OEM JDM upgrades, rust repair, and routine maintenance are common requests. You approve the parts list and labour quote first. Everything is photographed before export. Parts and shop costs are separate from the import package and quoted in addition to your landed cost estimate.

Once a vehicle is secured, it moves to a secure export yard in Japan, is documented with high resolution photos, and is booked on the next available vessel across the Pacific. Standard package customers collect from port with full coordination handled on our end. Premium and Turn Key include delivery coordinated across Canada. Shipping is quoted separately. Free local delivery on Vancouver Island, Vancouver, and surrounding areas is included with Premium and Turn Key only.

Vancouver or Nanaimo. We handle CBSA customs clearance, import documentation, and port pickup through the Port of Nanaimo or Annacis Island.

Yes. Canada's 15 year rule means a vehicle must be at least 15 years old from its month of manufacture to import. The eligible cutoff moves forward each month, so tell us the year and chassis you want and we will confirm eligibility.

Import packages start at $1,250 CAD with flat fee pricing and no commission on the vehicle price. Your total cost includes the auction purchase, shipping, taxes, and whichever package fits your needs. Japanese vehicles are duty free under the Canada Japan trade agreement. Euro cars sourced from Japan still carry import duty. We provide a clear breakdown before you commit.

Most imports take roughly 8 to 12 weeks from auction win to port arrival in BC, depending on vessel schedules, customs processing, and your package. We keep you updated at every stage.

Yes. Premium and Turn Key packages include delivery coordinated anywhere in Canada. Standard package customers collect from BC ports with full release coordination handled on our end.
