Beyond Limits Imports ("BLI", "we", "us") operates blijdm.ca and provides Japanese vehicle import services in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you contact us or use our website.

4. Form and messaging services
Email inquiries submitted through our website are processed by Netlify Forms. WhatsApp messages are handled through Meta's WhatsApp service. Each provider processes data according to its own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
5. Analytics
We use two privacy-conscious analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website:
- Plausible Analytics collects aggregated page view data (pages visited, referrer, general device type) without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BNF9LLK04X) uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and interaction events. Neither tool is used to build advertising profiles from your BLI website visit alone, and we do not sell analytics data to third parties.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet reasonable business or legal record keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete inquiry data that is no longer required.
